children's ministry

At SSCC our kids (infant through 8th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way. Sunday school is available for children up to 6th grade during our Sunday morning worship service.

All of our teachers and childcare volunteers have been screened through a background check to ensure the utmost safety for your children.

Before Service: You can check-in your child prior to service. You will be given a card with a number on it that will correspond to a clip your child will wear with the same number.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your card in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification number will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the sanctuary immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

elementary & youth

Elementary age students and older will begin in the sanctuary for the worship time. Just prior to the sermon, the students will be released to their Sunday School classes.
